I am not going to tell you what to do. Instead, I'll help you to move forward while being equipped with the right tools, focusing on your true desire, values, and strengths.

My philosophy is that the person in front of me is already whole and doesn't need any "fixing", and my job is through thoughtfully crafted questions to reveal that strength, enhance it and help to create clear action steps that align with your values and goals to start making progress.

My background and experience

I've been fortunate to be in business for over 20 years building and growing global companies in Oil & Gas, Energy and Web3.0. Since early days of my career, I was lucky to work alongside exceptional leaders that built great companies aligned by mission and values and I absorbed it all.

But let me go back. I was born in Ukraine and at age of 10 moved with my parents across the continent to Mongolia and then at 20 - to Seoul, South Korea, which forever changed my perspective on people, cultures and how our experiences shape us. That tectonic shift ignited my curiosity about people's behavior, mindsets, beliefs, as well as team dynamics and high performance.

For the past 20 years I call Houston home. I incorporated everything I learned into my work and was called a "high-achiever". I was also a member of a few high-performing teams where with just a few people we were executing projects at high levels of multimillion dollar organizations. It was exciting, challenging, and incredibly rewarding.

Now I integrate all my knowledge into impactful coaching experience for my clients. I leverage the expertise in International Investment Banking, Strategy, multi-million-dollar contracts Negotiations, Global Business Development, building mission-driven teams, as well as helping people excel at what they do.
